I’m thrilled to share that I’m deep in the final stages of completing my RETAIN Parental Leave Coach Certification through the Center for Parental Leave Leadership.

This program is the gold standard in evidence-based, equity-rooted parental leave support—and I cannot wait to bring even more tools, structure, and clarity to the families and workplaces I serve.

As a doula, educator, researcher, and longtime advocate for gender-inclusive family policies, I’ve spent years walking alongside people during some of life’s most powerful transitions. This certification is one more way I continue to grow my practice, refine my skills, and meet clients exactly where they are with grounded, compassionate, and research-backed guidance.
